There will be an Islamic Finance Course held at the London School of Economics (LSE) on Saturday 23rd of February. This event is specially brought to you by 1st Ethical, Majlis Syura Muslimum UK and Eire, LSESU Islamic Society and LSESU Finance Society. Details of the event are as below.
This is a half-day course open to anyone interested in learning Islamic Finance. This beginner’s course will be in the form of talks by professionals from the 1st Ethical Charitable Trusts, focusing on 3 topics: Islamic economic system, Riba’ (Interest), and the modes of Islamic Financing. The talks will be complimented with training materials provided by the speakers.
This event is open to all, with a fee of £5 for students and £10 for professionals which includes lunch. Please advise us on any dietary requirements.
